Nishat is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Sales activities in the European region and has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets.
Before joining Mosaic, Nishat was Head of European Sales at TIM Group, focusing on institutional clients covering Equities in Europe and responsible for the firms offering of Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, globally.
Her career in Sales began in 2004 at Goldman Sachs, marketing their electronic trading platform for interest rate derivatives to their European client base. Since then she has held various sales positions at investment banks, brokerages and financial IT firms.
Nishat has spent the past ten years establishing and developing relationships with global institutional clients providing front to back office; trading, risk management and eCommerce solutions for multi assets.

Jack has over 32 years experience working in financial markets. Until October 2014 he was CEO of MTS, Europe’s leading Fixed Income trading platform. Prior to his appointment at MTS his roles included being COO of Superderivatives, CEO of ICAP Electronic Broking and CEO of EBS.
Before joining EBS Jack spent 18 years working in trading and sales activities for Citigroup and Midland Bank. When he left Citigroup in 2001 he was Global Head, FX Options and European regional Head.
He has served as a member of both The Bank of England Joint Standing Committee and the Federal Reserve FX Committee.
Jack has recently established his own consulting group, JJpartnerships, to provide guidance and direction to early stage, growth and mature businesses with particular emphasis on mentoring management through fast growth phases.
Don McClumpha has 30-years of experience across electronic and voice-brokered markets.
During his 25-year career with ICAP, Don has also led ICAP’s Asian operations and UK Government Bond Broking Business.
He currently runs i-Swap, ICAP’s voice/hybrid electronic trading platform for OTC interest rate derivatives and the first interdealer platform to offer full electronic trading of Euro interest rate swaps (IRS), creating a single pool of liquidity in a range of Euro IRS instruments.
Roger Barton has vast experience of working in financial markets and a comprehensive understanding of policies that regulate the sector.
Roger previously held a role as Managing Director at TradeWeb, which saw him head the platform’s European and Asian business. He thereafter founded the Financial Reform Consultancy in March 2011, specialising in the business impact of financial market reform. In this capacity, he conducted work with a range of market participants, infrastructure organisations and service providers, helping them prepare for the practical and strategic implications of the forthcoming changes.
Prior to Roger’s role at TradeWeb, he was executive director and head of European e-commerce for Goldman Sachs’ fixed income and equities divisions.
During his 10-year tenure at Goldman Sachs, Roger chaired TradeWeb’s European executive committee, prior to the company’s acquisition by Thomson Financial. He also served as co-chief operating officer at Goldman Sachs’ futures operations prior to his secondment to BrokerTec Global, the electronic inter-dealer brokerage, where he was in charge of futures trading and clearing facilities.
