Mosaic announces SOC 2 Type II compliance.

The protection of our customers’ data is of the highest priority, and we are thrilled to announce that we have achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants standards for SOC for Service Organizations, also known as SSAE 18.

A SOC 2 Type II report outlines a company’s internal controls and details how well they safeguard customer data, specifically for cloud service providers.

SOC 2 Type II compliance ensures that our internal controls and procedures regarding customer data security, privacy, and confidentiality are rigorously audited and approved by an independent third party.

This audit provides customers and stakeholders with enhanced confidence that their data is being handled with exceptional care, and that our operations are running in line with the latest industry standards.

In addition to achieving this standard with an unqualified opinion, we have also recertified to the ISO 27001:2022 standard, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to managing customers’ data with the highest standard of security and compliance.
